there is a lovely view of Etna from some rooms and the breakfast room. The building and grounds are beautiful with shady gardens and pool.
Although I hung my towels up to indicate that I wanted to use them again, they were still changed. The English of the manager was not good enough to understand me when I mentioned this. the restaurant is very expensive. This hotel is very difficult to find as it is situated in the sprawling semi-urban town of san Giovanni la Punta; it's not country and it isnt in a proper town either.

Easter at this hotel was delightful! The staff was friendly and welcoming, and our room was quaint and tidy. The breakfast spread was by far one of the best we’ve had on a vacation. It was worth waking up early for! We also appreciated the hotel’s location, which was very convenient for exploring the area and its stunning views. One of the best aspects of our stay was how quiet it was. We were able to enjoy a peaceful and restful break from city life.
While we enjoyed our stay at this hotel, we did have a couple of minor issues. we found that our room was a bit small, and there wasn’t much space to move around comfortably.

Very stylish. Excellent food. Charming garden and pool. Liked history and antiques. Very helpful staff. Lovely outdoor eating.
No curtains in room, and one shutter was broken. Only a minor issue though.

Great location for couples to enjoy a romantic escape. Beautiful garden and swimming pool for a relaxing time together. the breakfast selection is varied and delicious. A good way to start the day with your loved one.
The maintenance is poor and the facilities outdated, with walls in need of cleaning and the gym closed. the rooms are small and some fixtures are broken.

The pool and location.
I could not pick anything wrong with it. We had stayed 6 nights in an terrible villa in Castellammere del golfo and this hotel saved our holiday.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect for exploring Mount Etna and the surrounding area. The views from the balcony were absolutely stunning, especially the breathtaking view of Etna. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, with the receptionist going above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. The interior of the hotel was beautiful and elegant, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The grounds were well-maintained and added to the overall charm of the place. We also enjoyed the breakfast on the terrace, which provided a perfect start to our day. The amenities in the room, such as the cozy sitting area and the excellent bathtub, enhanced our comfort and made us feel truly pampered. The secure parking inside the hotel's wall was an added bonus.
We would definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

The hotel was conveniently located just five minutes from the airport and on the outskirts of Catania. We had a comfortable room with a clean bathroom. the breakfast was adequate and there was a beautiful view of Etna from the rooftop terrace.
The restaurant was only open on one evening and we were not able to enjoy it due to the lack of clarity around menu pricing.
